Technical planning

  • Preparation of all plans (occupancy planning, AC/DC wiring diagrams, cable and electrical planning, project schedule)
  • Preparation of bills of quantities
  • Preparation of tender documents for the selection process of a GU
  • Drawing up specifications with bills of quantities
  • “As build”-Documentation

Quality assurance according to TÜV standard and ISO 9001

  • Prequalification and pre-selection of the participating JVs in the bidding procedure
  • Definition of quality guidelines and criteria (e.g. materials to be used, deviation quotas, limit values to be observed etc.)
  • Drawing up the specifications for applicable directives and standards
  • Yield assessor
  • Participation in the awarding of an EPC, supply or work contract, including the examination and weighting of the offers as well as the preparation of a price comparison list according to partial services.
  • Advice on technical aspects of the offers
  • Participate in negotiations with bidders and prepare a proposal for the award of the contract.
  • Preparation of and comments on the necessary technical annexes to the supply contract
  • Final review of the relevant technical project documentation before construction begins
